Ortiz is a guy that Joshua can beat but he will go thru he'll!

Joshua would need to work on his circling and straying away from the left hook and uppercuts, plus work on them feints!

It's good his head movement improved but he needs to use it more instead of just randomly or when he's hurt!

I like the fact he doesn't neglect going downstairs an he'll need to do that to beat a guy as skilled as the CUBAN!

I favor Ortiz still...for now but this fight with Wlad helped Joshua's chances!

Stay in line, AJ has at least 3 better options: Klitschko again, Wilder, Fury.

I agree with the opinion that the ref stopped the fight too soon. Even if Joshua would have ko'd him anyway, at least let the fight be a bit more conclusive. At least they allowed Castillo-Corrales to go on to a satisfactory stoppage. In the old days they let them fight all the way before any stoppage. Today they may have stopped Foreman-Ali fight before that round 8. Actually, even in that fight the ref could have allowed Foreman to fight on a bit longer.

There's no way this fight happens. Watch this interview from Hearn. If you read between the lines he is essentially saying he's going to "remind" the governing bodies that they have a star holding the belts and not enforce mandatories, or give them flexibility to avoid them.

Ortiz sounds like he should be posting on NSB.

Well Joshua has 2 mandatories, so I just hope whichever one he goes with first, the other doesn't force him to vacate. Ideally, Joshua fights Pulev in the IBF mandatory and WBA lets Ortiz retain his spot by fighting a relatively easy fight. If Ortiz doesn't fight between Allen and this title clash, he's gonna be pretty rusty. In all fairness, Ortiz is pretty good for a guy born in the 50s

Well if Ortiz, age 38, sits around waiting for AJ to fight Fury, then Parker, and maybe Wilder, he'll be 41, and suffer the same fate as Klitschko!
