Triple L clearly. Even though he got busted up by a mediocre WW and lost a close decision to "A+" Danny Jacobs...Triple L #1 TBE ezwork (even if he won't fight Ward or take a risk against Canelo I still think he beats Hagler, Hearns, and even sushi-chef Pacmeow on the same day

To me if your that skilled, your skills should produce a great resume. So I list the usuals

      Ali
      Robinson
      Armstrong
      Leonard
      Duran
      Etc

Ali does have a great resume and one of the best of all time dude has great wins. But im just gonna be honest he wasnt more skilled than floyd. 60's ali maybe. May be an unpopular thing to say but thats how i feel.

I'd have to go with pernell he could adjust to any style in his prime.

                Mike Tyson. He's the best.

                His power was devastating.

His speed was the fastest in heavyweight history.

His defense was impeccable. No one could touch him.

He was ranked P4P #1 as a heavyweight. And to my understanding, the only heavyweight to perform such a feat.

                Need I say more?
