That was Rossy's third fight of the night on Prizefighter when everyone was just swinging for the fences and Audley cleaned house in that entire tournament

They must think he's Benjamin Button aging in reverse because his level of competition keeps getting worse. They giving him prospect level opponents when he like 40 years old. SMH

you are right. after i made that comment i thought to myself those guys probably dont want anything to do with Ortiz even with a full camp! The fight is only 4 weeks away anyway....

Throw the guy in with someone decent ffs. I'm critical of him, but f#ck the guy isn't untalented & is approaching top 5 oldest hw title holder in history age (i mean assuming you think he's not actually 45 years old like the smart money is on).
dominic braezeale, izu and mansour all just had fights recently and im sure on short notice want nothing to do with ortiz.... Also wilder is a main event fighter so he wont be fighting on bertos undercard lol... So the options were limited with the fight being on april 22nd i think

I'm not so much saying they needed to put Ortiz in with Wilder or Mansour, but give the guy someone who matters a lil f#cking bit. Rossy is a confirmed journeyman loser type at this point in his career. He's 3-7 in his last 10 ffs.

Whats Arreola doing? Charles Martin hasn't done anything in a minute. I think Eddie Chambers is still with Haymon last I heard. And there are probably a dozen plus HW prospects who are with Haymon or PBC friendly promoters who are more relevant to the division than Rossy is.

pbc probably sent a group text to all the heavy weights and gave it to the first one that responded lol.... Thats my guess....

Oh f#ck lol, but you could be right. I mean it certainly looks that way.

I guess to look more optimistically you gotta figure with PBC's more aggressive approach he should be fighting someone more compelling next time out doe so there's that.

The moment Charles Martin's arse landed in England he was done with boxing and I don't blame him a bit.

How do you go from earning £5 million to even bothering again? Especially because he isn't very good. He's never getting in a ring again unless he is an absolute idiot and blows through his money. He might as well do something else.

                    He won the lottery!

i have a feeling this fight is just a thank you from haymon for signing with him! A easy touch bonus.... Next should be washington or mansour or someone like that on espn or spike hopefully!
