The Canelo fight is not happening this year unless GGG signs the contract this week. Best case scenario for 3G is to fight Saunders in June, rematch Jacobs in November and hope Canelo has not lost to Jr. or Lemieux and is available next May of 2018.

As much as I am sallivating for a Canelo vs GGG fight, if DLH keeps with his inexucasable demeanor I'd tell GGG to go for that last belt.

Unified champions are rare, and undisputed unified champions are extremely almost impossible rare.

Being an undisputed champion does more for GGG legacy-wise than a W against Canelo.
