It's pretty funny how this thread was overtaken by a critique of Golovkin. Thread has nothing to do with him but the haters who have hard on for Golovkin taking every chance they can to take a poke at him. Apart from Mayweather (a career advancement move imo for Alvarez) Golden Boy and Canelo don't take risks. That's been shown repeatedly. Canelo will in all likelihood beat the weight drained Chavez Jr. I hope it's a good fight but........

Oh and BTW beating Jacobs was easy work for Golovkin. Jacobs is lucky Golovkin likes him or he would have knocked him out like the rest. Easy work and just a boring sparring session. No sweat. Haters going to have deal with it. Sorry.

Jacobs is the best current middleweight skillwise & charlo is 2nd best even if hes yet to fight at mw,if canelo goes to mw hed be no4 unless he destroys jr then hell go up. Mw is riddled with bums. But currently ggg is no 2 in mw division based on resume.Id still put jacobs above him on both record & skills & hes younger.

Seems you had no problem when these g fanbois were being hypocrits, but once they get schooled they scatter like roaches.

It is a great matchup just based on size alone. Way better potential fight than jacobs schooling lil g.

Lemuix isn't anything special??? He was out smarted by Rubio before Tko'd??? And then career 154 lber beat him who couldn't even last more than 1 round with Angulo.

I'm on record if Canyellow ever fights Lemuix I'm gonna make a sht ton of money off Canelo. EASY fight. Lemuix is a suker for the body shot. Casual fans love power??? So I'll find a bunch of sukers...Who think C-Class Lemuix would win. He has good power but everything else is average to below average.
I wasn't trying to say Lemieux was a very good fighter, I was just trying to make a point to that dude...

Canela did somewhat dominate Cotto but let's be honest, we all know Cotto was on the fast decline in his career... Just like age I believe is finally starting to creep up on GGG... He will one day wish he didn't stay in the amateurs so long.

Lolol, so quickly you Canela ****ots forget that your boy gave up one of those belts to NOT fight GGG, hahaha... And cmon JACKA**, he won one of those belts from Liam Smith!!! Anybody can win belts if they cherry pick PUS*Y's that won belts... Every boxing fan knows anyone can win belts!!! Your just as bad as Hitlery Clinton supporters, never actually answering the question... You can go back to licking Canela's sphincter now!!!

The diva will look like a horse jockey compared to that giant when they are in the ring. Chumpez will be using the jab and the cement footed diva will be at a distance to allow his opponent to pummel him with the right hand. This one is gonna be a cherrypick gone wrong.

Yet Jacobs just got dropped, ate about 80 more jabs from his opponent than the 18 he was able to land in route to getting out punched in 9 of the 12 rds. HE did good in coming back from the knockdown, but GGG's jab was busting his face all up man.

You wanna talk robbery, Son of Gifts and that shady ass decision in the Kovalev fight was a robbery. No wonder coWARD is trying his best to avoid the execution of that rematch clause he signed.

Nacho is focusing on defense so I suspect with that slight improvement and great conditioning Chavez although not as skilled as Canelo will give Canelo a really tough fight. I still have Canelo outpointing Chavez but Canelo fades later in fights but however with Canelo having extra weight maybe he wont. It's going to be very entertaining.
I was thinking the same thing about Canelo fading and his weight. A lot of times he shells up on the ropes which isn't smart.
