It won't happen. Golovkin is going to retire after fighting Canelo. They're already setting it up; which is why making the Saunders fight in June is so important. GGG won't be active by mid-2018

I don't think we need a rematch for the sake of the decision being disputed, i think we need a rematch because it was a fun fight.

As a GGG fan I'd love to see the rematch after Saunders and Canelo. Next January would be great unless Floyd comes calling for GGG or something else that would secure his legacy even more than the Jacobs rematch. It would also be great if Jacobs could beat another top name before then so that GGG actually gets credit for beating a top guy this time, instead of people still questioning Jacobs.
I mean, everyone said Jacobs could do everything, it was just that he didn't have a chin and that's why he would lose. Well, his chin held up didn't it? So GGG fought a guy who could do everything but take a punch, except he could also take a punch... lol... so GGG fought a guy who could do everything. Full stop. And GGG beat him. A much bigger guy who could do everything.
But that's what I want before GGG gets even older. He was robbed of so many legacy fights during his prime because guys were afraid of him, so now I want to make up for lost time, and just do one legacy fight after another. Anyone people say can beat GGG, I want to see GGG fight. Jacobs rematch, Floyd, Charlo, Lubin, Lara, Spence, Ward at 168.
GGG should get the last belt from Saunders in June, and then starting September with Canelo, I want to see legacy fight after legacy fight every 3 months if he takes no damage, or every 4-6 months depending on damage taken in the previous fight. And with that strategy, he can get in 8 to 10 legacy fights by the time he is 38, by which point he may be well past his prime.
But that's what I want to see. Best vs best.

I wouldn't mind a rematch but not now,,,i want to see ggg against saunders and then hopefully against canelo, after that if he wins both fights and Jacobs has atleast one fight this year,i wouldn't mind the rematch, unless of course it's charlo vs ggg, then I would prefer that matchup instead of against jacobs

We never seen Floyd give a rematch when a fight wasn't close and rightfully so.
