also true, they tend to score any ol kind of aggression. when robberies happen, we start at ''he landed so many more punches. how could he have lost ?'' and work from there.

Maybe you didn't notice that my comment was in reply to a racial comment. And whether you consider him to be a white person or not he is most definitely a great white hope.

He CANNOT be a great white hope, if he's not, um, white for crying out loud! He is Asian! He is as "white" as Manny Pacquiao is "white", which is none at all! When I see him, I see a brown skinned Asian (much like my wife and I are). Natives of Kazakhstan are Asian, much like Filipinos, Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, ****ladeshis, Indians, Pakistanis, etc.. Really nothing ambiguous about this.

On another note, OF COURSE I was rooting for DJ, because he's American. I root for Americans, regardless of skin color. I root for my flag. I do think DJ Won, & was robbed. I was just clarifying the incorrect statement of GGG being some kind of "white " Fighter. He is a man of color. He's an Asian man. Simple as that.

watched th fight on a hysterical "******" livesteam. that i paid 65 for a broadcast with kevin kelly on it and with that kind of production value legit made me laugh. that's boxing for you.


i haven't scored the fight, but i'm leaning on jacobs taking enough rounds late to win. golovkin has been looking off for a while now. he literally blocked punches with his forehead when he was coming up as a pro. the guy is 36 and has had some form of a "come forward" style since his 350 amateur fights. he's on the slide for sure.


i understand that they'll take the canelo fight because golovkin got a late start in pro boxing and they do this for money, but i think jacobs deserves a rematch without a doubt.

not a robbery, but ceratinly not a dominant performance for a golovkin who looked flat out bad and disinterested at times when you compare him to the snarling dude of a few years ago.

jacobs could easily be the MW champion of the world right now. hats off to the guy. he beat cancer on his freaking spine, and now he's on top of the world.

if Ward does not rematch Kovalev, the top spot goes to Kovalev, with Stevenson as the wildcard
