And Marquez wants the fight to take place in a neutral location - ruling out any possibility of fighting Cotto in New York City.

Cotto dont want none only reason marquez was on his radar cause everyone knows marquez should be retired and is done as a top fighter and thats cotto criteria for a fight to get made.

Not gonna happen. Cotto might do 150, I doubt he goes down to 147. He refused below 150 for Pac rematch which is more PPV's and more money so I doubt he'd go down to 147.

I get that Marquez is a future HOF but he doesn't call the shots. The fight generates the most money in NY.
