His ******* are irrelevant, there is a very prominent growth behind them. Now there is a very small chance that he's just unlucky (a small % of males have it naturally), but that would be extremely unlikely.

As I said, he's on the very low scale of gyno but it's extremely dubious.

Please get out of this thread. A lecture at your community college probably showed you pics of out of shape fat dudes with gyno. It is pretty clear and evident spence has gyno. Especially with how low his body fat % is. It's just funny how someone of his profile level forgets about the PCT.

Testosterone injections obviously pump synthetic testosterone into the blood stream, that causes testicular atrophy because they don't need to produce their own test. There is no steroid that will make your knob smaller.
