Tarver hasn't fought since the Cunningham draw and would still probably roll off the couch and outbox him. Browne KO's him and Povetkin kills him. Briggs or Oquendo would be his only shot for a W I think and I bet Briggs would still KO him

I think he can beat Briggs/Oquendo winner, maybe Tarver because of age. Browne would be a good fight. No way he beats Povetkin!
