I'm still trying to figure out when Canelo became the A side of boxing? Who did he beat to get that designation? His PPV numbers are weak when they don't feature a named opponent on the card. Canelo's last PPV #'s barely hit 300k so how does that support the theory that he is the A side of boxing? If Canelo's PPV numbers vs. Chavez do the same would you still consider Canelo the A side of boxing? This is the biggest fight in Canelo's career next to the Floyd fight and would certainly catapult him to the top of the P4P list.

Con-weight (155) falls under middleweight. That's why he got the WBC middleweight titled from SWW Cotto. Then defended said middleweight title against a WW in Khan. Then he gave said belt to Golovkin when he didn't want to defend it anymore. Anything greater than 154 and under 160 is middleweight you f*ing ignoramus. He also fought Kirkland, Lara and Angulo at 155. Let me count, oh yeah that's 5 fights at middleweight before dropping to SWW to fight Liam Smith.

Do you know that when you hold a title you need to defend its entire range. For middleweight the 7 lbs between 154 and below 161. You can't demand a catch-weight within the same weight class. Canelo was allowed to come in at his 155 while GGG could come in at his 160, both within the range. But Canelo didn't want that he wanted a catch-weight within the same weight class. Catch-weights are used when opponents in different weight classes like Canelo-Chavez meet. Please read my comment at least 3 times before responding with another ****** comment.

That might very well possibly be true, but since it's probably the worst division in boxing it really means nothing.

And to prove it's the worst division in boxing, Kell Brook faired better than most ggg opponents who regularly campaign at 160.

Furthermore ggg has been at 160 for God knows how many years now and u mean to tell me that he's just now about to face his toughest opponent who's chinny and has had his lights completely turned out ?

Let me try answering a few things for you. Really basic stuff. You seem to be a little slow so I'll try to make it simple.

1) Can you get a belt for a weight class that you've never fought at? No.

2) Can you then wax, buff and polish said belt to give to GGG? Yes. Con-nelo did it!

3) Do you know the definition of the word limit? No.

4) What is the middleweight range in your opinion? Since it doesn't start after 1 lb over JMW, does it start after 2, 3, 4 lbs over? Should fans follow the established weight classes or should we just let you and Con-nelo determine them?

5) Answering your question again: GGG wanted to fight Con-nelo at middleweight but instead of fighting GGG Con-nelo gave GGG his (you guessed it) WBC middleweight belt. I know Con-nelo fans don't like this word but the rule is that if you're the champion defending the middleweight belt you cannot enforce a catch-weight within the weight class. You have to defend against any challenger in that weight class (range).

6) I'm tired of schooling you. You need special education and there is nothing wrong with that but I'm not trained to deal with people that don't understand simple concepts.

7) LMFAO... "Canelo would be stronger at 160" BUT he made that weight an issue to avoid the fight in Sep '16.

8) Lastly, current news: Tom Loeffler and Eric Gomez are supposedly very close to an agreement on GGG-Canelo for the fall '17. IF that does go through I bet you GBP will be caving in on all the ****** false information they wanted people like you to believe. The fight will be at 160 and GGG will get a fair percentage that he most definitely deserves because he's the undisputed King at middleweight.

They can run but they can't hide... Con-nelo, BJS, Jacobs, Eubanks. All have been called out for years and only Jacobs has stepped forward so far.

Defending Con-nelo and GBP is a full-time job. Can you please remind me who were Con-nelos last two opponents that they handpicked? Please remind me again.

It's laughable seeing people try to defend the current middleweight division. Guys like Macklin, Stevens, Lemieux, Rubio, Monroe, Wade, Geale, etc. wouldn't be one of the ten best middleweights most years of the 90s. Those guys would be journeymen types back then.
