The silence from the Spence camp is deafening. It's the biggest money Brook can make. He's trying to get under Errol's skin.Who wouldn't? Brook could win and it might be a classic but he's got to have a lot of things fall his way.I don't know.I've always liked Brook and I hope he takes the fight but I'm not betting on Kell to win at the moment..Say what you want about his resume.I've got a feeling Errol Spence is The Truth. Maybe Spence has that tragic flaw that can be exploited or maybe He hasn't seen someone as crafty as Kell but I just don't see it..Show me

I would think he could get Spencer in the UK but he will be the challenger stepping up in weight and not get as much money against the 154 champs.
Maybe he wants a UK domestic world title fight with Liam Smith if he wins the WBO vacate belt that Canelo will give up!

Funny how Brook can make the weight to fight Khan but not sure if he can make the weight to fight Spence .

Brook has only the GGG fight and Porter so naturally he doesn't deserve 50-50. Both fighters will be making some good money and 70-30 is just a negotiation ploy. These guys will settle for 60-40 or 65-35.
As for Spence thats a tough fight for whoever takes it and that person will be getting a serious beating for 6 rounds before a savage knockout. It's a fan's favourite but the money might not necessarily be as good so the risk reward factor makes Brook jittery.

Spence is a fight imo he would lose. And if the money isn't there (as he states), then its high risk low reward, and that's what we are really talking about here. So would he be willing to kill himself to get back to 147 for a fight he would likely lose and get not so much money for ? Not saying I agree or disagree with his approach, but it sums it up.
Khan would be an easier fight and more money, and he might see it worthwhile to get back to 147 for. But not at 70-30 (as we have learned).
Khan's been waiting on a money fight for so long now (Mayweather, Pac, now 70% of Brook - he got one in Canelo though), he's still hoping for one in Pac, so might just continue sitting on the sidelines until the congressman either fights him or hangs his gloves up.

Brook would lost to Spence and really have to fight Khan at 70/30. Plus how would his body respond to dropping that weight, two weight classes, and because he hasnt been in the gym, all he's been doing was packing on more weight. Its prize fighting, go after the money fight and probable win. He has a better chance of beating Khan and making more money, and spence will eventually move up and you will have another fight already lined up. vs khan is a win/win, a loss to spence could ruin everything if he's as good as everyone believes he is....

Brook can't beat anyone at 147, he hasn't got it up him. I wrote several times that he was a natural 154 guy, he walks around at 185 in reasonable shape. Course, some people didn't want to hear it because of the Golovkin fight. But he's too big for welter. Shame coz the Spence fight is a good one, if he was strong.
