Respect to Jake Donovan for the LONG but GREAT Article of breaking things down. This is not a GOOD LOOK for Boxing at all especially when people IN BOXING accused MMA/UFC fans of being "RACIST SKIN HEADS" when their Industry is NO DIFFERENT!

Even worse, didn't Oscar come out and say "THERE IS NO RACISM IN BOXING!"

I honestly just can't understand why fans of this site do not like the idea of more boxing on tv and cable tv that doesn't require you to pay an additional $49.99 and up to watch.
oh they love the free boxing.... They just dont like the fact that a black harvard educated genius is the one running boxing now.... Boxing has been run by ***s and mexicans mostly since don king left..... Now some people feel insecure because a black dude was the one to convince wall street to invest hundreds of million in boxing.... If golden girl or top prank started pbc they would be worshipped as gods.....

i happen to be white and even i can see clearly the ***s and mexicans that run boxing cant stand a harvard educated black dude running things.... They feel insecure...... They cant figure out how a black guy got wall street to invest almost a billion dollars into a dying sport like boxing..... Haymon has always been playing chess while these cry babies play checkers....

oscarina de la **** has done soo much ******* that his mind does not work like a normal person....

however, i do believe, in this small tight knit boxing community and media press, there has been a smear campaign to completely undermine and thrash haymon at all costs

idk why, is it because there's bitterness on the split with hbo

is it because he is a recluse that doesn't pander to media and do interviews (which all in all, is that a crime? Does he owe us a interview)

is it because he's black, sounds simplified i know, but look at black wall street, tulsa massacre, move bombing in philly, we've seen drama when black folks try to mobilize in the corporate or social world for advancement, maybe just maybe, people don't like see al haymon in power

whatever the case is, steve jobs failed numerous times before he got it right, but we gave him chances, why are we up and down haymon and pbc throat, for free or low cost products

there is a sickening division in boxing that's racially based
i happen to be a white dude from the south and even i can see the racist agenda against haymon... The ***s and mexicans who are used to running boxing are feeling insecure because boxing is run by a black harvard educated dude now.... They are jealous and bitter that a black dude convinced wall street to invest almost a billion damn dollars in to a dying sport like boxing...... If oscarina or rob arum had started pbc they would be called master minds and gods..... Al haymon just happens to have the wrong color skin....

arum was also investigated by the fbi and justive department for fixing fights, paying fighters to lose and having fake weigh ins with fake weighing machines...... I wonder if his justice department connections got him out of that trouble also...... Don king wishes he was as smart and as slimy as rob arum.....

Hbo is mad because al haymon talked floyd into leaving hbo for showtime. Calling haymon "black hitler" is ignorant.
exactly..... Those ***s at hbo and disney who own espn hate floyd for making showtime soo much money... Thats why they tried to smear floyd on espn a few weeks ago also.... Now that a harvard educated black dude runs boxing the ***s and mexicans cant stand it......

actually golden girl cant afford to be on espn like pbc.... They are on the ****ty step sister channel espn 2....

"gone are the days, however, where investigative reporters such as thomas hauser would dig in and rightly criticize the self-proclaimed network of champions for failing to satisfy the appetite of its boxing subscribers. those days ended once he was reportedly brought on as a “boxing consultant” although no evidence exists that any more has been done than the network simply purchasing his silence, his efforts in recent years instead shifted towards the wrongdoings of anything haymon-related."

this is so spot on! Hauser and lampley are puppets, whose jobs are to "kill" the pbc and anyone associated with haymon (mayweather)! Notice how hauser (nor lampley) never did any investigative journalism when roach said ariza was giving pacquiao "suspect" shakes!
the ***s at disney/espn/hbo cant stand that a black harvard educated dude took floyd from them and over to showtime.... Then when he started pbc the ***s at hbo and mexicans also started getting really angry.... They cant understand how a black guy can convince wall street into investing almost 1 billion dollars into a dying sport like boxing.... They feel insecure because they dont run things anymore..... Props to stephen espinoza and leslie moonves of cbs/showtime for keeping boxing alive on showtime
