Imo, DeGale must knockout Jack if he wants to win this fight. If this fight goes to the cards and it was somewhat close, DeGale is getting robbed. You can bank of that!
Consider this, Badou Jack is a TMT fighter. The fix is in.
All Roc Nation, PBC, TMT star fighters always get the fix in.

Lol considering how Love has been gifted in the past and other TMT fighters, I can agree with this.
For the next round I'm making the submission rules a little more lax. There will still be a specified format because that can be handled without me having to read every submission.
What would you suggest?
I don't know,, just don't have a full page of rules talking about multipliers etc
The poster tom cruise had a good last man standing tournament, check that out.

Pick a winner, ko or dec...
As I understand it the Last Man Standing tournament Tom Cruise runs is quite different from this. This is a year-long prediction league. As such it isn't intended to replace his tournament by any means.
As far as simplifying the submission process, there are a few ways things can change based on what people think. We can decide to remove picking how wide the decision is or what round the knockout is, remove multipliers etc, if it is too complicated to have them.
I'd argue that having multipliers will be a benefit further into the year, when some players are well behind those at the top or when new people want to enter late into the game. But I'm not opposed to discussion of removing them if that's ultimately what people want the game to be.
And depending on how many players we have (currently >20 predictions ITT) playing regularly, I can consider removing the submission rules all together. I have stuff in place that will determine the score for a fight given a single submission, so it would not be too troublesome for me to enter each person's pick.
Here's a thought, what if the submission for future fights was a poll.
If we change the options to:
KO 1-6
KO 7-12
Close Decision
Wide Decision
Dominant Decision
For each fighter, we'd have 10 poll options.
This makes the submission a piece of cake for both sides. If we still want to do multipliers, players can post in the thread if they wish to use one of theirs.
