Comments Thread For: Denis Lebedev vs. Murat Gassiev - LIVE Results From Moscow

Two Russian amateur prodigies made their pro debut in the deep undercard of the show. Heavyweight Andrey Afonin (1-0, 1 KO) easily knocked out Argentinean journeyman Emilio Ezequil Zarate (20-18-3, 11 KOs) at 0:28 of the second round. Cruiserweight Alexey Yegorov (1-0, 1 KO) was matched considerably tougher but managed to halt usually durable Polish opponent Lukasz Rusiewicz at 2:23 of the second round.

I have never seen a KO power so big !!! (even Mike Tyson)

Hope he will avenge his only rooky lost against Olanrewaju Durodola who duck any thought of rematch as the plague.

But Durodola understands that : the lightning doesn't strikes two times in the same place....

His lucky win is the most precious win he has and maybe will have.

Anyway, Kudryashov who won the vacant WBC Silver cruiserweight title will try (for the honor) to go down in ranking in order to fight Durodola.

We know that sawing the tonight fight Durodola will duck it as never.... as if his life was at stake.

I dont know how much kudryashov improved, because his fights are so short, but i heard he trains in the USA nowadays.

Well, the version who fought against durodola lost fair and square. He has crazy power, but his defense he displayed in the fight was pretty bad.
Hopefully, he improves and will be a player in the cruiserweight division

That was not a "lucky" win. Durodola won fair and square, give credit where credit is due.

Are they just replaying earlier fights right now? Freedom got so upset about me asking about the arena being empty that he put me on ignore so I can't ask in his thread.

I understand you, but you may be not know that Olanrewaju Durodola refused the rematch.

In the same time, you can see on video that he received a simply left from Kudryashov that clearly made him reflect twice before engaging on any kind of thought of rematch.

the lightning doesn't strikes two times in the same place

Lennox Lewis was also caught (ko'ed) by Hasim Rahman.

But during the rematch he ko'ed him.....
