It would be dishonest not to acknowledge that this may in fact be a terrible fight. Not a guaranteed stinker but it's very possible.

Aside from the size differential, I see this as a very bad style match up for Vasyl Lomachenko. This fight would be all wrong for him.
While both guys are exceptionally technical and fundamentally sound, Rigondeaux is a lot faster, with a better defense and is also a more devastating counter puncher too.
While Vasyl likes to fight a short range, Guillermo likes to fight a long range and will counter Loma every time he attempts to rush in. This inability of cutting off the ring will hurt his chances of catching Rigondeaux cleanly because Guillermo is a master at spacing and distance.
Also, Rigondeaux won't stand and trade punches either. He won't rip off multiple punch combinations like Lomachenko but he will land his straight left at will.
Guillermo would make this a very slow paced fight. This would be a detriment to Lomachenko's fast paced style because he likes to throw tons of punches in bunches.
The only advantage Lomachenko would have over Rigondeaux is size and power.

Compubox punches/round
Rigo 71 vs 30 Agbeko
Loma 62 vs 37 Walter
What is the difference for HBO? Both receive low numbers, specially the Rigo one when HBO was competing with SHO with a card at the same time.

It's just a little argument.
That's the point of a forum. We have conversations, we argue, we agree, etc.
Imagine if everyone had the same mindset. It would be ****ing boring.
It's not that ****ing serious. You ****ing idiot.

Now, What makes Loma vs Rigo such a great fight is,.. that although Rigo is great, I don't think he's great enough to completely neutralize Loma's offense and cruise to a decision...Neither is Loma so great to completely smother and bully Rigo without tasting the power of Rigo's left hand from time to time... This fight will be very close from start to finish which makes it so interesting...
Still waiting on Loma to respond to Rigo. Arum probably told him not to say anything
