Does Cotto have some kind of depression? Why does he always look so extremely sad?

I think people misunderstand Miguel; has anyone stopped to ask themselves whether perhaps "looking serious" is Cotto's mask to the world? A way of protecting himself?
I've trained alongside him; he has different sides to his personality, but it depends on who he's with. If he's with friends and family, he'll be laughing and joking around as much as anyone. If he's around strangers, however, it shouldn't be surprising to see him "serious."
Everyone has a "mask." We all develop ways of protecting ourselves/adapting socially. Some people act out, others try to be cool; in Cotto's case, he's business-like.
It's no big deal.

I still don't understand where all the Cotto hate originated.. He's the first Puerto Rican boxer to win titles in 4 weight divisions- he has never ducked a fight- has fought the best of his generation and never had to try to gain an unfair advantage that any other fighters aren't guilty of- by that I mean catch weight fights.. He's a throwback fighter that doesn't get the credit he deserves and yet people wanna hang off the nuts of fighters who are too chicken **** to take on the best and see where they stand...
