I'm more concerned about kov getting frustrated. Jdj should focus on that instead of worrying about ward. If ward cracks, great. Kov never lacked killer instinct.

Yes, MDPoopescu has had to do a lot of scrambling and backtracking as we have gotten closer to the fight.

I agree. This is Kovalev's toughest test. He's not as versatile and we'll see how he and his trainer respond when the fight isn't going their way.

People kill me with this, "fight living up to the hype" nonsense. The "hype" is that you have two of the bonafide best fighters in the world matching up. The "hype" isn't expecting to see some Worldstar street fight. And if Ward goes out there and outboxes Kovalev to a decisive decision that lacks fireworks, so be it.
mental ward was deathly scared of Kessler so he butted his face off blood pouring out held him like he was rescued from floating in an ocean for a week. Sergi is bigger stronger and hits harder then Kessler. the fight will be horrible until Sergi hurts him bad

He said he will leave no room for critisism so he better deliver something.
I say kovalev is the one who will leave no room for criticism by knoking Ward out!

So friend, you should go to the fight live and blast that out over the P.A. when all the boo birds start squawking. Because that will happen if Ward plays the part of his usual boring self in there. Not saying you're wrong... just bringing up the reality of the aftermath.

Friend, your hero Ward looked completely lost when Boone clocked him with that uppercut and he hit the canvas hard. He'll really be flippin' out when Kovalev does it to him again... only harder.
