Comments Thread For: Joseph Parker Apologized To Dimitrenko For Illegal Punch

Heavyweight contender Joseph Parker admits he apologized for an illegal punch that landed on Alexander Dimitrenko last Saturday night. Dimitrenko was the tallest opponent of Parker's career. The undefeated New Zealand puncher had few issues in the fight and was dominating the one-sided contest before it was over.

I hope the IBF enforce Joshua to face Parker. Forget Klitschko and Ruiz this is the fight I want to see, Klitschko can face Ruiz he needs a tune up and I'd like to see if he has any business left on the big stage.

let it simmer man, both are babies in terms of their age for heavyweights and potential.

now, it's a great fight between prospects, that only boxing hardcore care about.

In 2 year's its a mega fight for a probable unification for the division.

I'm incline me to agree with you here. I just don't wanna see these guys feasting on trash and we're in a position where Joshua may be forced to take a dangerous opponent.

In many ways I'd like to see this delayed but what credibility is their for Parker beating Ruiz ?

After the Ruiz fight, i expect Duco to pump the brakes on parker, ..unless they want to cash him out and feed him to the lions which i doubt.
I expect the likes of alex lepai and then maybe lucas browne, promoted as nz v australia /nz v Samoa type bla bla.

Hearn has a huge dilemma with AJ, he know's he can't feed him failed NFL fatties forever, although he will try his best to do so.
But don't buy it for a second that he wants the parker fight now, or for that matter the wilder fight in the summer.

He will sell us that's it's been so difficult finding an opponent/every one scared of AJ and feed eric molina to AJ.
I actually expect Molina to give AJ hell in spot's...he is very tough, as is someone like duhapaus.

Expect Gerald washington after that. And then a chisora/whyte rematch or a david price.

I really hope like you say that the IBF enforce, which i doubt. Hearn will most likely pay step aside money.
He does not want ANY risk to his cashcow. He knows the value of the 0 and the aura of invincibility sky and the hype train have given AJ.

He knows very well, if he play's his card's right he's got a multimillion cashcow for the next 10+ year's.
