What happened to Arum taking Lomachenko over to Showtime? I guess all that talk was just a negotiating ploy all along.

Keep in mind that this fight was likely made possible due to Canelo cancelling his December date. I think Arum had every intention of going to Showtime if they were willing to pay up.

Care to explain how loma isnt a hard hitter? Hes been fighting champion caliber fighters since he turned pro and has been getting crazy knockouts. Did you see the rocky martinez knockout? Rocky normally has an iron chin and thatwas a sensational knockout. He doesnt have heavy hands like ggg or kovalev but creates ko power through his speed like pacquiao. Your sitting here calling people casuals while commenting on fighters that youve obviously never watched.

I agree. With all these potential fluke issues that can happen, such as a loss, promotional problems, illness or injury, I rather see a fight talked about and signed within a year.
