    How do we know Canelo-cotto even did 900k? It seems like every initial PPV report exaggerates by at least 30%, including GGG for the record.

    More importantly, does anyone know what Canelo-Smith did? Not what GBP will say it did, but what it actually did?

            nope definately not should do what mayweather and haymon did and that was groomed an oppenent like berto for mayweather it was supposed to be berto vs mayweather till ortiz messed it up but oh well ortiz is good enough but still very beatable for mayweather.

            you got create and groom the next hope, the public only believes what you show them.

              Alvarez is not going to sell one million PPVs with or without Golovkin. Even with Cotto as his opponent, Alvarez only sold about 700,000 (as opposed to the 900,000) that HBO claimed. An Alvarez/Golovkin fight would sell no more than 600,000 PPVs and that number would be a stretch.

                    Boxing ppv is pretty much dead. At this point it might take a while before it gets to 1mil again. Well in the u.s
