    Good News!! Jacobs before Saunders

    //www.fighthype.com/news/article26155.html
Loeffler says they're going to make the Jacobs fight 1st.
This is what I wanted to hear, I'd rather see Jacobs-GGG rather than Saunders-GGG. Screw the belt, I want quality.

I agree, Jacobs 1st makes more sense, that way if he beats Jacobs the WBA title will be unified and once he steps in with Saunders all of the middleweight titles will be on the line aswell as the lineal, hopefully K2 gives Jacobs a good offer so this doesnt go to pursebid

As long as both happen but I have no doubt that Saunders is a better boxer and the more competitive fight he's also a hell of a lot more durable.

You mean the same Saunders that struggled with Andy Lee? He seems a lot more durable I'll give you that, but I'd favor Jacobs over Saunders in a fight.

Struggled? Did you even watch the fight lol?

Andy Lee was on the verge of being stopped on several different occasions, not quite sure how he managed to get up tbh.

After that he was outboxed and neither man threw hardly any punches whatsoever so im not sure how you came to the conclusion

Jacob's is just not very good at all, technically he is very bad and has a paper chin, yes BJ gasses out every fight but at least he can box well and has a good chin...

Thing is Saundrs could be so much better then he is but you could see he doesnt take conditioning seriously, i was hoping now that he has been out of the ring for so long that he would be in great shape but he looks just as flabby as before, Saunders is always in pretty bad shape, if he just would work harder in the gym, he wouldnt gas so badly in the latter stages of his fights, really sad to see he cant bother to dedicate himself

Saunders has stamina issues and makes fights a lot closer than they need to be. He was practically toying with Eubank Jr and Lee to start but as always he fades and lets fighters back into it.
I feel he'd take a fighter like GGG or even a Jacobs far more seriously but that is speculation on my part.

Personally I think Saunders would outbox and probably stop the chinny Jacobs.
Its not just his chins bad his defense is terrible, he loads up way too much its a recipe for disaster.

I'll go on record and say that BJS IMO is one of the most talented boxers out there he just doesn't dedicate himself as he should.
Apart from his terrible stamina I don't see any real glaring flaws in his game.

He is undoubtably very, very good but he'll most likely go down as a big waste of talent if he keeps blowing up between fights and not taking the sport seriously.

Since when is Andy Lee a bum? He's a former world title holding 6'2" MW southpaw with 75" reach, he has one punch knockout power and a lot of heart. He'll give anyone in the division a tough night, including Golovkin.

I'd put Saunders over Jacobs any day, both against Golovkin and each other. He's smarter, more skilled and has a chin.
