great post, although i think golovkins going to win, im fed up of people ****ting on this fight and writing brook off completely. You cant write off a fighter with kell brooks skills before hes even entered the ring

After the weigh inn you rehydrate, what do you mean how some fighters put on so mutch weight after the weigh inn? Because they drain himself for the weigh inn thats it. So 167.8 pounds 7 days before the weigh in is no problem at all, its easy.
Time will tell! I think GGG's plan is a better one, so that you can lose the weight, yet still eat and drink. I think Brook should've been 160 on fight night! Sugar Ray Leonard was 158 on the weigh-in when he beat Hagler!

I give brook all the credit in the world, doesn't change it being a farce of a fight though, it's a triple copycat fight.

You are talking **** dude. Brook looks in great shape, especially because of the weight hes actually at. I mean 167.8 thats super Middle territory, and hes not looking fat in the slightest.

Is he 1% bodyfat like he normally is no obv not, and to be honest Kells always very muscular, Here he is at Porter weigh in.

I expect him to lose the few extra pounds extremely easily. Hes used to being a much lower weight and also killing himself diet-wise to make it. So in theory it should start to fall off if he goes on his usual pre-weigh-in diet, as his body is accustom to shedding the weight.

With all that being said, he will most likely loses anyway lol. However I will be rooting for him for sure.

            War Kell

But if you care more then just what your body looks like it's a problem. Otherwise if all you needed was to get on a insane weight lifting program to be successful in boxing you would see featherweights jumping up to middleweight in 1 year. It don't work that way in boxing. Adding that muscle almost always hurts you more then helps especially if you do it in a short amount of time.
What you've just said is complete nonsense. No one can pack on 20-30lbs of lean muscle in a couple of months unless they take steroids.

He's trying to sell the fight and dismiss any size advantage. If he does actually show up on the night of at a "shoot" weight of only 160lbs it means hes trying to tempt Canelo or at least see if he'd be comfortable at a catchweight if that's what it takes to make the fight. It's smoke and mirrors until we see in ring weights if they even tell us. If he's less than usual it's all about Canelo.
I have no doubt that's the case. FFS, how do you rehydrate to a higher weight than you've been at for the last month?

Wow. Thanks for info. He does a good job of managing his weight then.

Covered that one already, but glad someone else knows what is reality. Not even steroid will put that kind of weight on you...not dry muscle weight at least.
