We can speculate about shoulders and crooked judges and Las Vegas and Kenny Bayless and drug testing and IVs and all that all day long, but the fact of the matter is, Manny didn't show up and he knows it.

He shouldn't be broke, period. Chino's not broke and he retired with a fraction of what Manny did.

If Floyd's as smart as I think he is, he will fight someone like Broner, or Crawford. Someone where there's actually an uncertainty as to the outcome (yes, even with Broner). Someone with buzz in the media who can sell a fight.

Not go back to Manny and UD him again with 1.4 clinches per round, nobody wants to see that.
nobody wants to see a rematch but this questions gets asked everytime they interview floyd, pac or roach.

You're confused. People just want to see Floyd lose. It doesn't matter who gets it done.

People want to see him face a blown up Golovkin, too. Don't mean it's going to happen, or should.

Floyd's name gets raised because they want to sell their current crappy fights. Sit here and tell me that's not the case.

"As much warranted resentment as Mayweather’s win over Pacquiao instilled inside casual and hardcore boxing fans alike. . ."

I wonder is this a poorly constructed sentence that doesn't convey the intended meaning or does the author believe that Mayweather winning warranted resentment?

It's amazing to watch all the Haymon haters, suddenly talking about fights on ESPN and CBS! Thanks for "thinking outside the box" Mr. Haymon! Hopefully the end of the PPV is near!

interviewer asked roach, if pac wins and looks good, who would you like to see manny fight next. is roach not suppose to say floyd? they've been saying they want the floyd rematch as soon as the fight was over. you act like team pac has said no to a floyd rematch but is now using floyd's name to hype pac's next fight.

Very true. Crawford would stink up the place again.

I'm not saying Garcia deserves 40million to fight Manny but they should have at least guaranteed him 10. It'd do closer to 1 million buys then 500,000 IMO. If it did 750,000k which I think it'd probably do better, it'd still make 45 million. 10 to Danny, 20 to Manny, and you still have 15 million left over.

If he beat Danny especially if he did it impressively could definitely give him a better shot to draw Floyd out for a 50th fight. Beating Vargas literally does nothing....I'm not saying Manny hasn't earned the right to fight who he wants at this stage of the game but if the ultimate goal is Mayweather, he should of fight Danny or Thurman. Eliminate the other top competition.
Floyd will never come out of retirement to fight anyone with a live pulse.
