I never gave a damn about the color of a fighter's skin color until people like Dontae Williams and Larryxxx wouldn't stop making race an issue...... they claim they are "fighting racism", but in reality:
1). They are often far more biased then the people who they claim are racist
2). They're the ones who keep bringing race into boxing discussions
3). Now they claim anyone who doesn't support black fighters are racist and DKSAB and are "DCAF"s.... WTF?

Honestly I'm sick of it. I'm half white half japanese and my favorite fighter of all time is Tyson, and second favorite is Ali. I was not a fan of Floyd Mayweather's approach to the sport because I feel boxing should be about entertainment, not "health comes first" and "money", and I also feel his career is overrated.

But that makes me a RACIST???? Wow....... Listen up douchebags, if a fighter has no shame about acting like an ass outside the ring and doesn't put on exciting fights in the ring, people are not going to like him, period. Now if you have a guy like Anthony Joshua who KOs guys and yet remains respectful, people (including me) are going to love him, period. It has nothing to do with race. It's called human nature.

People who keep bringing race and nationality into boxing are either racists themselves or extremely insecure and think that when a fighter of their race wins it somehow makes them superior. It's pathetic, it's childish, and it shows that you have a lot of self-pity. Stop crying racism every time someone doesn't like a fighter you like. The same goes for the other side, but it's usually people like Dontae who start the divide.

People like Dontaesboxingnation and Larry obviously have deep issues with racism and self-image in real life. Hey, we all have issues but don't bring that into boxing and then call yourself a true boxing fan. If you're a true boxing fan, then enjoy the sport and leave all that other **** out the door.

Most people don't even ****ing notice a fighter's race until you guys keep making it an issue.

Great post. Lately it really started getting on my nerves. Years ago when boxing was dominated by blacks and mexicans there was no problems of that kind in boxing and we were all cheering for black boxers, but as soon as other countries started producing world class pro fighters some people showed their true colors. My favorite figher of all time is Tyson too, I just love his style, it's the most beautiful style ever to me, plus I even box the same way because I have very similar body to his, short arms and short height, only that I'm a middleweight/super middleweight.

If you ever dissagree with them, the answer is simple, you are a racist, while they are the most racist people here.

It's been 3 years since I started reading boxingscene forum, but just lately I started talking about this issue online here & on youtube. In one of my comments from a couple of days ago I said I haven't watched DBN video on youtube for 3 years, but right after the Ward fight it came to my mind that I should go and check his thoughts on Ward last performance, he was saying Hopkins is a coon and uncle Tom, because he was being concerned with Ward trying to take him out but wasn't able to do it lol. I wouldn't not watch a single video of his in my life anymore.

And Larry is incredible with his rants. Pure comedy. Floyd is like *****, ***** is a great politician, an american saviour and if you don't like them - you are a racist, great...

This forum is full of trolls, guys with 100 accounts and spammers who claim to be the experts. For example I clearly remember a thread Larry started a year or two ago (and this has nothing to do with Larry this time), in that thread he was asking if anybody knows why one of his son's coaches taught him to fire a hook with his fist in a vertical position, while an other coach told him to fire a hook with his fist in an horizontal position, so he asked why is that. For 10 straight pages people were writing about anything but the issue of the thread, nobody giving an answer, than when I read the thread and answered him why is that (the differences in american pro approach and european amateur approach where the knuckle is the scoring point area, while hitting with the inside of your glove often occurs when hook is fired with a fist vertical to the ground is illegal), at least 5 guys, one after another, started giving the same answer to Larry as if they didn't read my post and if they were the ones who came with the answer. I don't care about recognition here, I only care for it in the gym, but it shows what kind of people is posting here.
