I can think about real long I have framed houses for 40 years did concrete roofing etc while working out in boxing gym. I will say it again to you idiots who think only Russians are doping it is impossible to put on muscle mass in mid 30's your body stops making the chemicals needed. why don't all LH and CW at 35 or any age simply lift weights put on 35 lbs of muscle with flintstone vitamins and fight HW where all the money is?? so they purposely avoid moving to HW because they don't need money. do you realize how ****** you are.

I like manny but this is not about him and I never mentioned him it is about guys who according to you can put on 35 lbs of muscle in their 30's at will by drinking malteds. so all LH and CW fighters languish in their divisions where there is no money and stay away from all the money in the HW division when they can easily "add" all the muscle they want because they don't want money
