437 amateur fights with 420 wins & his best achievement was getting a bronze medal at the pan am games, says a lot doesn't it?
But even still this guy barely looked like he'd boxed a day in his life nevermind against 420 Colombian farmers.
Rated just right IMO
A Colombian journeyman with an incredibly inflated amateur record against 420 nobodies, that has no business being in there with any prime world class fighter.
He isn't underrated, he isn't overrated either, he just happened to rifle towards Andre's right all night. Basically, he lasted the entire fight with a far inferior skill set because all he did was circle to Andre's right all night

What fight were you watching? Brand was whipping that ass until Ward switched. Get some glasses.
Dude has an amateur record of 420-17 and has won all kinds of medals, he didn't turn pro until he was in his 30's. His only loss in the pros was a very close split-decision to Badou Jack the SMW champion.
People are trashing this fight but IMO this guy was a decent opponent. Dude's got a very unorthodox, sneaky style and has got lots of tricks up his sleeve. He would have given lots of good fighters trouble.
