You do realize that Pacquiao has been fighting at Welterweight since 2008 and JMM had his first Welterweight fight in 2011? Also, all of Pacquaio's and JMM's Welterweight opponents competed at smaller weights prior to fighting at 147. The same cannot be said about Golovkin.
