I probably wouldn't want it either if I was in Roach's shoes.

And it's possible that manny could get robbed because this could be a passing of the torch fight.

I think roach just wants the mayweather rematch and that's it

The fact that this headline is still up just shows the piss poor journalism of this website

And all they're doing is laying the groundwork to discredit Kovalev if Ward beats him. I don't think thoae freaks represent the majority.

As for, "standing by your man." In my case, that's not possible. Because I'm a bigger boxing fan than I am fan of any particular fighter. I'll use Adrien Broner as an example. When he first kinda broke through as a potential star, I was a huge fan of his. When he lost to Maidana, it was evident to me that he wasn't gonna be an elite fighter. The loss to Porter cemented it. So whether I liked him or not, I think it would be a bit silly for me to still proclaim him a future elite or future star. I didn't flip on him. I just accept reality.
Lol @ you basically just admitting to being a fan-boy, band wagon jumper. Good deal. I kind of saw through the first post and expected that. Kind of pointless trying to have an intelligent conversation with you so I digress.

I got a ton of respect and love for Bud, but the Manny I saw earlier this year beats him.

Bud is quite a bit away from an old Mayweather, nevermind a young one.

Pac is also, even with the clear drop off, levels above most at 147, nevermind a guy who would be coming up to 147 the first time- and make no mistake, the fight would be fought at whatever weight Manny says it would be fought at.

I just think Manny at this point is still way too fast not to catch Bud with some hellacious combos.

Roach knows Manny fighting Crawford wont generate as much money as Broner or Vargas. Boxing is business so they want a more money generating fight.

I think Manny should just do a farewell fight in the PI against a no-hoper.

He's fought everyone he could and has gone as far as he can.

No sense in battling with the young lions anymore.

I don't think Crawford is that much better, it just seems Manny lost his killer instinct. He goes through the motions yeah but he doesn't seem to be anywhere the Manny we saw blasting fools out and showing no fear.

His speed would definitely bother Crawford like it bothers a lot of guys.
