no he was clearly the bets of his generation and thanks for exposing yourself as one of his many detractors

you, do realize there are many all time greats who never beat an all time great in their prime

What prime all time great did Julio CeSar Chavez beat? Joe Louis never beat a prime all time great...the list goes on and on...are they not great?

so that criticism alone just shows you are just reaching for something to critcize about but want to play damager control for a guy whose resume is worse than mayweathers was even in his early 20s....its pathetic

What prime all time greats did Holmes beat? None

Wlad never fought a prime ATG

Lennox lewis never beat a prime all time great

I can go on for days

stay salty bro..he mustve beat people you said he would never fight or was ducking

    you dont pick your era

he's a professional fighter. he's obviously not cowardly. in fact, he's probably one of the most confident fighters ever.

but his career was moved in a manner than minimized damage and maximized revenue, and his fanboys seem to ignore that. or get mad when other fighters are moved the same way.

so that doesnt sound like what K2 and GGG is doing?

Difference is mayweather actually fights for his belts and doesnt get credit for fights that never happened LIKE ggg. He won his first title at 21 and only 18 fights...GGG is 34..with 35 fights and has only fought 3 titleholders, whereas Mayweather defending his title at 130 alone vs 4 future or former titlist

You dont fight world class opposition ten years straight trying to avoid competition....that defy's logic...his last 15 opponents all won world titles in their careers...many were lineal champions or # 1-3 at the time he fought them

just sound like you are repeating something you heard someone say instead of follow his career

golovkin's team have tried to get a fight with every top MW since sergio martinez. something you conveniently ignore every time you open your mouth.

"golovkin doens't fight for his belts."
"well, golvokin's opponents literally drop alphabet belts to avoid fighting him, and you ignore it."

so no. that's very different from crapping on the pacquiao fight until he had been knocked out and he was all but done. they're [golovkin's people] guilty of it with the ward fight, but that's a fighter two weight classes up, and very different from what floyd did, which was crap on a fight agaisnt a smaller guy [pacquiao,] until he'd been knocked out by a former featherweight, and had lost much more than a step.

i know this is ahrd for you to get, but i have no biases. i was literally on press row before golovkin was fighting in america. do you understand that? you're about as bad of a fanboy as we have on bscene.

People need to stop talking about him all together so that boxing can move on without him but since that doesn't seem likely anytime soon, he might as well comeback! Clearly it is still plenty of want to give him their money only to complain afterwards lol

Definition of coward: "a person who is contemptibly lacking in the courage to do or endure dangerous or unpleasant things."

How many of you brave people calling Floyd a coward would have the guts to step into the ring and defeat 23 world champions? Most of the people calling him a coward wouldn't even fight an amateur, let alone have 49 professional fights.

Floyd Mayweather is one of the greatest boxers of this generation.
the guy is a coward plain and simple.

              Why:

              1. He has never faced a legit bona fide hall of famer who was in their prime.

              2. all the great names on his resume were all past prime

              3. he fake retired twice when his division was arguably the deepest and hottest in all of boxing

              -1st fake retirement

after beating ricky hatton, a career 140 pounder at 147, who arguably lost his 147 testing fight vs collazo, floyd fake retired when his division had prime margarito, prime paul williams, prime cotto, upcoming welterweight and prime pacquiao, younger shane. He retired so these people can beat each other then came back only to fight a career featherweight at a welterweight catchweight which he of course broke and had to pay marquez hundreds of thousands of dollars in fine

              -2nd fake retirment

              his most recent one.

welterweight is full of young hungry lions but he chooses an old shot to **** andre berto.

              3. = Floyd is a coward.

              4. sorry.

              5. not really.

yea manny was all but done, but even though he beat an elite welterweight in bradley, before and after he lost to mayweather...when he beat bradley you guys put manny back at 2-3 p4p then he takes an L then insert excuse

now jmm is just some former featherweight? He is an all time great in his own right

People have been doing this for years and he called it, prophetic
