Floyd was avoided by Mosley, Kostya Tsyzu, Acelino Freitas and others in the late 90s-2000s. He was embarassing people and knocking them out....at 140 and below his kayo ratio was almost 70 % and he got hit like 20-25% and landed 50 % of his shots

he was high risk low reward...he was pretty boy floyd...no cash cow, under bob arum who prevented Cotto fight from happening and the ODLH fight too...obviously because when all 3 were free the fights were made

he was the biggest earner in boxing for nearly 10 years, minus retirement, and during that time he was the most called out fighter in boxing not named pacquiao. it's very obviously the period of time i'm referring to when i qualify it by saying, "they don't want golovkin becuase he doesn't command that kind of money, and he's a brutal puncher."

was he the biggest earner in boxing during this period in time when iwas apparently keeping my head in teh sand and not watching floyd mayweather, the only boxer you care about ?

the first ten years of his career he was no cash cow...like I said, its obvious you were not following boxing then...its cool

from 1996-2006 he was trying to become a star and called out the big names...they swerved on him, cant rewrite history...when he beat DLH thats when everyone wanted to call him out for that $ and to take his 0

He is a coward in relative terms for a boxer. Compared to guys like JMM, Morales, Marg, Bradley, hell even Pauly; all guys who are willing to die in the ring to get their win he is cowardly.

he was actually an extremely highly paid fighter early in his career . you don't know sh#t about how guys start out! are you f#cking kidding me? how many managers, promotors, and fighters are in your old phones? hmm? how many? i know managers who have paid fighters 100 bucks a round for their debuts! and after! floyd mayweather made a lot of money very quickly under arum. signing bonus and big, big money for a debut. it's a tiny fraction of a percent of all boxers who even sign with a major promotor coming out of the amateurs.

"not the biggest fighter on a planet = not a cash cow"
          -floyd mawyeather d#ckriders

so how many managers of pro fighters are in your old cell phones?

Damn, man, why you gotta go in on pugilist like that? I remember you acting like you're Andre Ward. Don't think you're him, but you sound like you're in the business. Take it easy on pugilist, he's sensitive.

Well put. He was a coward among soldiers.

Like in a war. Those type of soldiers that hide in a box while his comrades troop forward. That kind of soldier. The cowardly kind.

To even suggest that Floyd Mayweather is a coward is ludicrous. We may not like him on a personal level but Floyd walks to walk. He's beaten everyone put in front of him, 99% of them convincingly. Actually it's kind of silly to call any professional boxer at his level a coward. Just stepping into a ring and facing guys at that level requires a great deal of courage. Let's give the guy credit. He is one of the greatest in the sport.

why are you always so emotional....the fights were the first 10 years of his career, he was not a big star, nor was he one of the better paid fighters

no amount of insults or whining you do can rewrite history

what you consider a lot of money is not what the fighters consider a lot of money

he wouldnt have called it a slave contract. He wasnt making DLH, Trinidad, Hamed, Lennox Lewis kind of money

furthermore their were lesser fighters like Hamed, and Gatti who got more exposure and unbiased commentary. HBO used to bash the man after his wins and during the fights he dominated

yea I'll be a ****rider as long as im stating facts...you cant handle the truth...he called out a lot of fighters early in his career and got avoided...get over it

yea im so sensitive but crybabies on this site always resort to insults when they have no rebuttal

its not my fault he has only followed boxing the last 5 years and thinks mayweather was making big money and was a star when he was just a good young fighter in the late 90s and early 2000s

people hate facts, not my problem.....DLH, Trinidad, Jones, Hamed, Tyson, Lewis, a lot of fighters were making more bread than him as pretty boy floyd
