You cant debate because there is no debate..how the hell can you compare Brook to Jmm?

If you are to blind to see the comparison I will for you. But I guarantee you will not agree with it because how can you when it's talking about Floyd.

First off when Floyd fought JMM, Floyd was the number one welterweight(don't give me the retirement thing, he was only out for a year and a half still the best), as is GGG the best middleweight. Floyd decided to fight JMM a lightweight who was the best in that division, and like Floyd, GGG is fighting a guy two weight classes below and a guy who is considered by lots of people the best at that weight.

So there it is Floyd the best welter is fighting the best lightweight and so GGG the best middleweight is fighting the best welterweight.

Kell is a great athlete and solid boxer, I'd have been okay with him fighting a top guy at 154. 160 is an illogically high jump and the consequence is that 3G won't get or deserve much credit.

I agree with you that Marquez is a legend but what does that have to do with it. That legend moved up to fight the premier fighter and p4p best guy in Floyd who is way more of a legend in the all time list than Marquez is.

Plus did you forget that Floyd screwed him on the scales too.

Let's put it this way. We can both agree Brook doesn't come close to being in the same league as far as being a legend and all time great that Marquez is. Also we can agree GGG Isn't the legend or the all time great Floyd is. So there you go. The GGG-Brook fight is just as evenly space as Floyd-Marquez.
