I will take it a step forward. These same people claim they Love knock outs but don't like Deonte Wilder? But like pussie g? It's all about racism period. These are three great fighters ONE of them has a higher KO% than pussie g yet they are all hated by the same type of people. I wonder what these three have in common??? HMMMMMM
I'm not so sure, look Wilder has fought worse opposition than Triple Duck, upon picking up a title he's managed to feast on Haymon managed fighters who lets be honest are extremely poor opponents since he picked the belt up. He had a mandatory due versus Jnnings and by all accounts Haymon did not want to do business with an HBO affiliated fighter, they've managed to prolong a mandatory defence since collecting a title longer than anyone I know even though Wilder had an immediate one owing as Stiverne had one outstanding. That's Haymon money talking right there, and for good reason, he is as protected as Triple Duck.

Look I'm a Wilder fan, just not of his pool of opposition he has drawn from, especially since collecting the belt, though I will agree its a move in the right direction since before he was guided softly until a title shot. My word he fought some tripe. Credit where it is due.

I want to point out I'm not biased for black fighters and I'm not hating On Triple Duck cos he's a white boy.

As I said before I like Ward, I am a fan of GGG since he turned pro.. But I hate this whole hate boy groupies.. I would love for GGG Ward fight to happen.. And for all the BS either fanboys spew, it will be one heck a fight.. May be better than Ward-Kovalev..
I can't see GGG coping at 168 against guys like Smith and DeGale, Ward would school and stop him I believe, hence the reason Ward was forced to move up as Triple Duck refused the fight.

Fight is a joke. Brook will get crushed. People need to hold GGG to a higher standard.
Well, some people are..... the problem is, Golovkin has never come close to meeting that standard, EVER..... and they don't mind.

Waiting for the wank-stains who bashed Canelo/Khan to support this fight wholeheartedly LMAO

A certain group of fanboys are to blame for this mess. There was a point where fighters had to be put in the ring with stiff opposition in order to get the support of the fans, but you had so many idiots ready to declare Golovkin as the next big thing after doing fuck all.

Someone like Ortiz gets a lot of flack for the way his career panned out, but at least he stepped in the ring with worthy opponents.

Funnily enough, I saw your post after my last one.

Who is the available worthy opponent available? Canelo, Saunders, Jacobs all passed. Don't give me Lara. Just like Eubank he's all talk and didn't contact anyone. So next best thing is where the money is so then the *******s above can't make compensation excuses

It's pretty simple. But #hateongggdoe. If he picked a ****ty middleweight it'd be another can.

Crazy ass news for boxing. This will be GGG's best opponent to date, albeit a smaller one, still better than his past opponents

I was looking forward to GGG-Eubank though, that's a shame

I'd have liked to see this fight at 157, not full 160. GGG pretty much has all the advantages in every physical department known in boxing. Pretty weird they wouldn't budge on a cw since they wanted Ward only at 164. Brook has his hands full regardless but full 160 leaves no room for talk of competitiveness in the fight

Initially, Brook said he would fight GGG at 154.

I think that about nails it. Their aren't many warriors in boxing anymore and I guess the one guy closest to being able to defeat Floyd would always be around the 160 mark, I guess they could always hide behind the HBO front too. Like a built in defence mechanism so they don't need see their man humiliated again, 'but Floyd is hiding behind Sho doh' yeh sure.

I never saw anyone jumping behind Lara full blown, that fight would have been possible for Floyd, I guess they just can't get behind real talent and are sold on hype. Precious small minded mentality of these fan boys so desperate to see Floyd lose they go to a guy two weight classes above the no.1. I guess they began to really have the sleepless nights when Ward scheduled his return, I believe if I'm not mistaken that's when their behaviour began to get really cringeworthy, I in fact felt a little sympathy for them at that stage.

The humiliation and hurt to shoulder all over again would have been crippling.

Triple Duck has many options, beginning at 160 and chiefly at 168 where if anyone who actually enjoys competitive fights realises Triple Duck needs to move up if he wants to establish a lasting legacy as opposed to ripping off his own fans as well as real boxing fans.

Fück this GGG guy and your fücked up mentality, their are literally dozens of fights for GGG.
