What this really is, is a preemptive excuse from a hardcore ggg fan who is worried that if ggg fights Canelo in a year or two, that ggg might lose and OP's trying to plant the seed in people's minds that it will not be a legit win.

As long as GGG stays undefeated at Middleweight it should be a legit win IMO. GGG would probably still be the betting favorite two years down the road if this is so.
