Look at Vargas. He won a belt that Bradley, who beat him easily, vacated. He fought an untested prospect. I don't see a logical way to put him ahead of Bradley on the welterweight food chain. When Bradley's only sin is that he can't beat Manny Pacquiao.
Garcia isn't as bad, but he's close. He won a vacant belt. He beat Guerrero, who realistically lost his previous fight to a C level bum. And maybe you can't hold what Garcia did at jr welterweight against him. But he lost that fight to Herrera. Look at how Herrera fared against Frankie Gomez. I thought Garcia lost to Peterson. Only thing Danny's done as a welterweight is beat a washed up Malignaggi. And a washed up Guerrero. I don't see how anyone in their right mind could rate him above Bradley or Porter.
And Garcia and Vargas fighting each other proves nothing. They're both at least in the third tier in the welterweight food chain. They both need to beat somebody above them to be relevant. I don't care if they have 100 belts.
