Brb guys, got to tell my girlfriend to cancel plans for a threesome with her sister.

Can't miss the Jamel Herrring fight on PBC on espn!

      PBC + Jamel Herring.

Al Haymon is a genius! PBC doing it big for the fans in 2016!

I didn't hear about that but I'm sure it is possible that ESPN is done after this year. If so, that makes sense for Haymon to not spend any money on known fighters kind of as a FU to espn.

ya see tho i think people over analyze pbc the reality is a lot these guys are prospects and instead of their fights being in the dark pbc puts these type cards on tv. i personally like it also haymon fighters have been and are involved in some good fights at leastr on paper recently and in the near future

^^^^ spot on.....most the guys Haymon has are upstarts who need to be built.

people dont understand you have to build a brand.

The only established fighters he had were showtime regulars so PBC was a platform to build guys up

I think its a great idea and when guys like Thurman or Broner have a worthy PPV opponent and following, their numbers will be better because more fans got to see them on reg t.v. as opposed to fighting on PPV undercards as support bouts.

                Haha

                Negga give it a break!

Last time herring fought he headlined a FS1 card that was a disaster in the ratings department. Something like 150k I think.

Now Haymon is spending millions of dollars for an espn timeshare to put him up as a headline fighter. This is a complete waste of $ and will accomplish nothing, just like how PBC accomplished nothing in 2015 with all that $ they spent.

PBC is already dead, writing is on the wall. They are just trying to limit loses while they figure out what the heck to do with the rest of the $.

Probably saving it for all of haymons lawsuits.

But yeah, it is kind of crazy that Haymon paid millions for these time slots.

Obviously, these are cards full of guys that don't demand big purses...which shows that PBC is seriously trying to reduce their losses....but I would rather guys like this than fighters who demand high purses yet don't deliver.
Yeah Haymon ain't even trying at this point to get ratings or a tv deal with ESPN. He already canceled like half the amount of fight cards in 2016. He is throwing ESPN the low level cheap fights because money is tight. Once the time share deal is over ESPN is done with PBC. But it's hilarious to think of the millions and millions he paid ESPN for these fight dates and half he won't use and the rest he is filling with FNF caliber fights. Prospects and journey that's the guys fighting on PBC these days LMAO

Al Haymon spending big money for that espn timeshare to put on great boxing for the fans yo!

PBC is killing it, going to take over boxing. Jamel Herring!

What else could you ask for!
You forgot about the Mongolian silver medalist.
