Then who is a physical fighter at 126 and 130 besides Salido? If you don't consider Martinez a physical then Walters sure isn't. Walters is more technical than Martinez. Martinez has to rely on taking it to his opponent. Even if you do think Walters is a physical fighter, Walters is the one that didn't want to take the Loma fight, so you can't blame that one on Vasyl.
Martinez likes to bring it, I think he's a physical fighter. Doesn't bring the pressure or like to get really rough like Salido, but then again who does?
Or what exactly do you mean by physical fighter? You have to be more specific here.

For either guy, fighting loma is the bigger fight. I'm saying vargas earned the bigger fights by winning...he shouldn't be faulted for that.

No it's not. Vargas-Salido sold out stub hub and will probably be the 2nd highest watched fight on HBO this year. More people would look forward to seeing Salido-Vargas again than either one fighting Lomanchenko. The Salido fight is the bigger fight for Lomanchenko because it's avenging a loss. Lomanchenko is fighting a Puerto Rican in NYC on the Puerto Rican day weekend with Verdejo on the undercard. And it's on Boxing After Dark.

Duck? LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL Salido is a cheating punching bag. Loma doesn't need Salido anymore. There are bigger and better fights out there where he will make more money.

"Lol no matter what people are going to cry about it. Look at vargas who fought salido and got low blow but he took it like a man. Then you got loma fans crying about the low blow . While conviniently forgoting thst loma was clinching like as if he was Postol or Wlad"

Salido threw low blows strategically against Loma. He only had a few moments against Vargas. And no, Vargas would not have taken it like "a man" Salido would have points deducted. It's cheating, and no man would ever let a guy hit him in the balls repetitively

Salido knew they he was going to be allowed to get away with everything in that fight.
Just like Loma's excessive clinching, which he definitely did and should have been warned, Salido should of had two or three points taken off for his excessive low-blows and headbutt; which actually cause damage. He threw more low-blows and headbutts than in his other fights.
Funny how you mention Postol and Wlad, but not other fighters.

            Isn't Martinez a physical fighter?

Rigondeaux didn't want it. No need to lie to make yourself feel better.
Excuse after Excuse. Even though Rigo was the one that started talking all of that trash. As soon as Loma replied it was nothing but excuse after excuse.

You guys pay too much attention to what Klimas said. He's tends to say dumb things that make his fighters look bad. But doesn't every manager and promoter say dumb things that make their fighters look bad?
The belt comment has never come out of Loma's mouth.
He has said that he wants to unify, but didn't say that he will only fight fighters with belts.
That was Klimas and he was probably just pissed off with the Walters situation, which resulted in him saying that dumb comment. Sometimes frustration can get the best of you. Klimas seems to be one of those people that lets frustration get the best of him at times.
Good post. But if you saw the Salido vargas fight at the end Kellerman asked salido if he wants to rematch loma. And salido said he did want to. But team loma said they didn't want to fight him because at the moment he doesn't have a belt

              No way lomachenko ducks..

Salido is older and even more vulnerable, lomachenko is now more experienced and really hitting his stride as a pro..

I can see lomachenko getting the nod over salido in a close fight, and it setups a rubber match between the 2...

I'm down with a rematch either way. It will crown the real champ at 130.

That wasn't Loma's comment though, it was his managers. Managers and Promoters say dumb things all of the time and people think it's the fighters saying whatever it was.
People are taking it too seriously.
Loma was rooting for Salido so they could rematch.

Walters is definitely more physical, are you kidding me? And Cuellar at 126.
