If Ryabinski can sue - AND WIN, which he did - when his fighter's opponent tests positive, then why shouldn't he have to pay when his fighter tests positive? The same rule doesn't apply when it's his fighter that tests positive?

If it was all about Haymon wanting money ASAP why would he go to the trouble of framing Povetkin so the fight is off and he has to go to a law suit that could take time, when he could simply do nothing and get the payday this week?

There was a risk of Wilder either getting KO'd or robbed in the fight. Now if things go his way, there is no risk of Wilder losing his title to him, or even fighting if he gets suspended and he'll get paid as if he fought him.

There is plenty of motive here
