I think 7-8 would be many.

The definitition of several is more than 2-3, but not many.

Either way, it doesn't really matter because somehow Pov found a way to pass 3 tests before failing the 4th, but had the stuff in his system since September?

7-8 is not many. 7-8 is several. And it all does matter, especially when you take into account the manufacturer says the drug's half-life is gone in a short while, but they don't yet know the length of time for when it's completely gone from the system. IMO, they shouldn't enforce it as banned until all data is accurate. And as for the 'but he was positive Apr 27' like Rafael claims... same thing. Until the manufacturer can explain all details/time frames how the drug dissipates from the system, I'm not believing anything Rafael or even VADA claims. Again, as the manufacturer says:

"Latvian manufacturer Grindeks said meldonium has a half-life of between four and six hours but "its terminal elimination from the body may last for several months" depending on factors such as dose, duration of treatment, and sensitivity of testing methods."

As for bringing up September again and again... until you're an expert on this drug's elimination from the body, I'll go with the manufacturer. I'm all for enforcing the rules... but not until all the data is in on exactly what the rules are. And we have here a drug that was just placed on the banned list a few months ago. Until Jan. 1, the rules said the drug was ok for usage. And the test supposedly showed Povetkin was below the limit on the drug anyway.

Especially if by 'positive' he's referring to the .07 test... since from what I read the limit is 1.0. Unless my math is wacko, .07 is less than 1/10th the limit.

This issue is generating a bunch of confusing info, none of which seems to be more than smoke and mirrors at this stage IMO. You're either within guidelines or you aren't. And it looks like Povetkin is within guidelines... so why did Rafael even 'break' a non-story?

Again, the "limit is 1.0" was specific to tests taken BEFORE MARCH 1.

Hearing that Wilder got to Russia last night/this morning & wants the fight to happen still. Looks like he wants to prove he can beat a guy on a PED or just that he can beat Povetkin.

Tend to agree if he beats Povetkin it'll be a great marketing tool for his future. How many HW's can hype themselves as beating PED guys.

Also its a no lose situation for Wilder ultimately. If he wins, he beat a PED guy, if he loses he lost to a PED guy. He's got a built in excuse at this point.

Seems like it'd probably be the WBC who makes the final call & with their Clean Boxing Program (CBP) angle they just took a week or two it seems like it'd be hard for them to say game on after talking about no PEDs. Although I guess if the money all stays the same they could still make it a non-title fight so who f#cking knows at this point.

Ok let's explain it in detail. You might not be able to load up a photo from stored library photos on your laptop. Start the easiest way 1st ok...go to google images ...type in say Mike Tyson and loads of images will come up...click on image you want and view full image.
Right click on image and copy.
Then go to thread you want to post on
Click on post reply at the bottom of the screen
You will have the blank screen where you normally write your posts and replys
Just on top of that u have small letters and boxes u can click on
2nd from the left is a small yellow square which looks like it has mountains and a moon on it
Click on it and a box will appear with // on it....click on box and delete them letters
Then when you have to nothing in that box
Right click on it and paste will appear and then paste
Just then post your reply and your image will appear on your reply
I was like you but perservere with it ok...don't worry about you seeing your URL let your computer worry about that ok
