As for bringing up September again and again... until you're an expert on this drug's elimination from the body, I'll go with the manufacturer. I'm all for enforcing the rules... but not until all the data is in on exactly what the rules are. And we have here a drug that was just placed on the banned list a few months ago. Until Jan. 1, the rules said the drug was ok for usage. And the test supposedly showed Povetkin was below the limit on the drug anyway.
