    No they weren't.

They were both huge underdogs, especially Kirkland, and rightfully so.

As for the power thing, Quillin, Lemieux maybe even Stevens punch harder than Canelo.

The Archi incident didn't help his image among other fighters, although it's been pretty much swept under the rug now.

Either way, I don't think his love to hate ratio is any worse than most of the other superstar boxers of the last couple of decades.

Thing is, does Canelo have to be on that level to have Khan in a world of trouble?

I'm not throwing a Khan victory totally in the bushes tomorrow.

But honestly, I think it will only take one good counter in a exchange between the two where Khan is not defensively sound, and it can end up with Khan doing the electric slide with a side of the Humpty dance.

If Khan can frustrate him with his speed and jab early, throw combos without trying to put that extra one on the end that can get him timed, and not get bullied if the fight starts getting in the trenches?

          He has a chance.

Kirkland had legitimate power yes but a chin that allowed a guy like Ishida flatten him in one round come on man you know what I mean, I want the dude who can fight the most dangerous he has fought guys who have had power but not the talent to use it against him properly.

Why the **** does it matter what language a boxer speaks? Do you want GGG go read poetry to you?

Furthermore, the ******* that taught GGG how to let some form of broken english fall out of his mouth, should be killed. He sounds every bit as annoying as every other Eastern European sack of ****.

His power is right up there with the rest of the 155lbers.

Truth be told it's because of Oscar...He gets the same face Mexican heat and to make matters worse a coked out shell of Oscar is behind him whispering in his ear...

If Oscar was to separate himself from Saul, Canelo would be far more popular...Lpl at the Oscar hairdue for canelo, around the time of the Floyd saga

he's a fraud who made up his own weight division. not even catchweight we're talking about here. whether he's bigger or smaller than the other fighter it's 155 lbs.

a fraud who shouldn't be allowed to hold a belt

It does matter If you're good enough to take people's money you should be good enough to learn the universal language and stop being a lazy ignorant ****.

If I lived in Mexico I would learn the language, he lives in America he should learn the god damn language he is 25 not a child, absolutely no reason to not instead of dragging a god damn translator around everywhere he goes.
12yo kids know two languages so what's his excuse?
