Are you ****** the number 1 and 2 best fighters in the world in the same damn division but you think the organizations never felt either guy was the number 1 ranked fighter to challenge each other. They were never officially mandated because the belt organizations were/are frauds and the moment you tell Floyd you either fight Manny or we strip your belt or vice versa to Manny what do you think either guy would of done? They would of thrown the belt in the trash! Both guys were dug in or numerous reasons for why the fight was not happening. They were NEVER mandated because everyone including the belt organizations knew these 2 fighters are bigger then our belts and this fight will only happen if they agree on it not because we mandate it and if we do it blows up in our faces and we lose them as the champion of our belt.

Floyd held a belt at 154 that he won at catchweight of 152 which had a mandatory challenger set before he won the belt just like Canelo before he beat Cotto. But mysteriously this was NEVER enforced and Floyd ended up keeping this belt for 2 years NEVER defending it against ANY mandatory 154lb fighter and had unlimited voluntary defenses of this 154 belt exclusively fought at 147.

Floyd aint win no wbc belt at catchweight, he won his belt at full 154 limit against Cotto in 2012, and like every other belt holder, was given twelf months to defend it. He defended it 12 months later against Canelo when they unified his wbc belt with Canelo's WBA. The catchweight was offered by ****ing Canelo so shut the **** up about that, actually don't coz this only certifies the fact that Canelo has only been fighting at catchweights in every meaningful fight in his career.

Ps. Canelo himself won that WBA at catchweight of 150lbs, smh!

Manny not being ranked in those organisations has nothing to do with Floyd, it has everything to do with Bob Arum and Top Rank.

Everybody knows Bob Arum has the WBO under his thumb, that's why, after Floyd won wbo from Manny and was forced to vacate the belt (according to wbo rules he can't hold belts in two different divisions), the WBO went back into top rank circulation (Tim Bradley and now Vargas).

That's why Floyd never went after WBO belts after he left top rank, even before Manny came into the welterweight picture.

Beat Canelo at catchweight in Sept 2013 and was allowed to defend both belts at 147 ignoring all previous mandatories that both belts had prior to him grabbing the belts. The belt organizations basically ripped up their own rule books to make it happen and no fans gave a damn that Floyd was keeping belts "hostage". Numerous writers and analyst ripped the organizations for the unprecedented exceptions they gave Floyd. Again no one cared he didn't lose fans. Just like no fans cared when Manny won championships at catchweights, vacated them or defended them at catchweights. Just like neither lost their fans when year after year they didn't fight each other you don't need to officially be a mandatory to know they were the best 2 fighters in the weight class SMH. It's semantics they were never enforced as a mandatory because nobody wanted the shame of making one of these vacate their belt you dummy. And you a damn fool if you think Canelo would of gotten the fight at 154 with Floyd. Just because you repeat the same ****** justifications these corrupt organizations made doesn't change the fact that they broke their own Fing rules to give Floyd exceptions that no other fighter gets. Alvared is the worst of the 2 divas because he comes in at 170 plus on fight night so has no excuse at the 160 middleweight level.
