You're only as good as your last fight I guess.
Wlad was on the decline way before he fought Fury. AJ would expose Wlad as an ageing, faded fighter. I don't think Wlad would ever agree to an AJ fight.

Prime Klitschko would have had an easy time with Joshua but he looks really old and sluggish now, so opposite result is possible

Joshua is still speculation at this point

        Way before? Yeah ok mate.

Before the Fury fight, Wlad fought Jennings who despite not looking at his best, won pretty much every round. The fight before that, he fought Kabrat Pulev who he knocked out in a few rounds. After that performance, everyone was claiming that it was the best ever version of Wlad and many put him straight into their top 3 p4p lists. Fat Dan from ESPN had him as p4p #1.

At age 38, and after 66 pro fights, the Ukrainian star shows no signs of wear and tear, nor does he appear to be slowing down or losing focus. Klitschko remains the king of the heavyweight mountain and is without question the division’s most dominant champion since Lennox Lewis.

Well, I disagree, Steve. His previous opponents were average and he looked pitiful against Fury.

If Klitchko can revitalise back to form he stands the best chance . He has the attributes neccessary ,knowledge , skill , and power along with style where he could potentially nuetralize Joshua from the in or out side . Joshua will continue to improve while Wlad may decline so i would like to see that fight if its makeable sooner than later .Lets not forget Wlad gave Joshua his mental preperation what it takes to be a long reighning champion a few years back ,it would be a very intriguing fight if it can happen within a year. I would have to give AJ the benefit of the dobt based on hes younger and Wlads last 2 fights looking off target , i would have to see what happens in the Fury fight.

Wlad has no fire in his belly left. I think he just wants to look as though he tried instead of retiring immediately after losing to Fury. He didn't even look that disappointed after his loss, he was like, "Oh, well...". A few years back he would never have let Fury take his belt so easily.

we ll see...sometimes one has too lose to get remotivated..remember He hadn't lost in ten years that will tend to get tiresome,if hes not motivated for the rematch I don't know what will get him motivated/ you need power to stop Joshua, fury doesn't have the fire power and I cant see him out boxing Joshua for 12 rounds. the real Joshua showed up on Saturday, that is what hes capable of dong to anyone regardless what they are ranked.
