Boxers become too injury prone when they do bodybuilding routines. Certain PEDs will make neglected muscle groups more responsive to growth so you start to look thick all over, like Kell does. Just based on personal experience, I'd say that Brook looks like he's using. So, I agree with you, just not with the method to which you arrived at the conclusion.
