If Ward wins he will have to rest up for his long day of moping around and positing on various internet forums tomorrow~

I think Ward will frustrate Kovalev to the UD 8-4 or 9-3, imo

Ward by decision but he's gotta pitch the perfect game and then some

Is that the black chick who won Olympic gold?

She turned professional? Good for her!

                    What will happen tonight...*spoiler alert

First, there is no reason to believe Ward has any tangible edge in the ring tonight. He has never fought competitively at LHW and does not have the power to keep Krusher honest. That is a fact. Though he will get the benefit of the doubt on the cards in a close fight, which is significant if he can withstand Kovalev's power for 12. To do this he will have to maintain a defense first approach for 12 rounds and create a nearly unwatchable fight. Please don't think ANYONE in the super six was comparable to Kovalev.

Ward will come out with a Mayweather mentality, knowing if he exchanges he likely tastes the canvas at some point. He has little success as Kovalev still lands hard shots and Wards pot shot strategy isn't successful. Ward opens up around the eighth round, gets dropped or knocked out late, and loses. Will be close on the cards even with one knockdown, but Ward will look bad and lose, again possibly getting a gift decision, getting credit for many "scoring" shots.

Please post an alternative scenario describing why and how Ward can make an idiot out of me, if u believe I'm wrong. Thx

I think so too. You can never count out Kovalev's puncher chance, but Ward is leagues above him in the skills department.
