Abel basically admitted Ward at his best beats Sullivan. He's just banking on Ward being shot and ineffective at 175.

Sullivan Barrera is better than anyone kovalev has faced at 175 maybe better than a 50 year old b hop. Better pedigree, and skills than most at 175. True test for sog who always tests his self against the best.

krusher-ward is already set, the same way krusher-pascal was set before pascal was gifted the fight against gonzalez, only a clean ko would win it for barrera, any other way ward wins, even if he has to come from the canvas several times; if barrera by any chance is winning widely on points and ward hurts him for just a second, the ref will call the tko for ward. Bank on it.

After Ward beats Barrera, no way in hell Kovalev fights Barrera instead of Ward. That's a move team g string would pull, but not Kovalev.

I can't see Barrera winning unless Ward is too shot
