Being a boxing fan thesedays is like being a weatherman in Saudi Arabia.

There is sweet **** all going on, and only the chance of a bit of rain once a year MAX. We're dying out here.

Al Haymon and Floyd have completely and utterly ****ed boxing up the ass and totally ruined it for everyone.

Pretty much. If bum squad pulls out with an injury (which i think he will) and GGG doesnt fight canelo this year then i fear i will become a UFC ****

UFC is having a great 2015 and looks to continue having a great 2016. What the **** is going on with Boxing?

Haymon put some on some ****ing competitive matchups between the big names more consistently ffs.

We have Thurman v Porter, Khan v Canelo, Povetkin v Wilder, GGG fighting another stiff, Crawford fighting bums, Pac fighting Bradley in a fight no one gives two ****s about, Brook fighting another stiff, Lara continues to fight stiffs, Fury v Wlad 2 will be **** and is taking forever to make, Joshua is fighting Martin who is absolutely ****. Stevenson v Kovalev is losing its luster.

I can't remember the last time Boxing was this abysmal. Heavyweight is looking the best it has for a while though to be fair but then the other divisions are pretty terrible. We have a few decent matchups but no super fights, the only big matchup is Khan v Canelo. Too much greed and politics between promoters and TV stations having too much power.

Brook v Garcia/Khan/winner of Porter and Thurman would ****e up that division or any of them fighting each other would be good.
Gamboa needs to get back to fighting top fighters.
Crawford v Peterson/Matthyse would be a good ass matchup.
If Fury beats Wlad, him vs Wilder would do BIG numbers.
Choclatito needs to beat a proper name in style to truly crossover.
GGG has to fight Canelo or take a big fight at 168 for a title.
        Kovalev v Stevenson/Ward
Rigo needs to get active again fight either regularly or take a hit and fight a name for a lower payday than he'd like but look at it long term.

The UFC just did 1.5m buys for the Conor card. Now that Floyd is gone, Pac is on his way out, who can even TOUCH that? Canelo v GGG probably but it has to be promoted HEAVILY, both have to look great in their next bout and the card has to have quality supporting fights.

Boxing has been a every man for himself sport since its birth basically. This isn't the marketplace for a circus type atmosphere like boxing has & that has made boxing fall from the #2(?) sport in the 1950's to a also ran in the 2000's (in the US).

Not any one or two guys you like to dog out be it Haymon, Floyd, Arum, King or whoever is responsible for this. Its the lack of a machine to move the sport of boxing forward is the problem.

No, GGG doesn't have to fight Canelo. It's Canelo who has to fight GGG. Don't forget that negotiations are hard because Canelo wants GGG at 155. So it's not GGG fault. Canelo is ****ing heavier than GGG fight night but he wants to weaken him. You got the facts reverted son.

And why Should GGG go up to 168? he could fight BJS, Jacobs, or even Lara if Lara is moving up to 160 as he's saying since years.

GGG's fight night weight is 167-170, he is always outweighed at MW, why should he go up when the ******* at 160 are running away from him?

Like GGG being avoided like a plage since five years ago at least? yes. Don't try to play smart with me, you're not.

I'd like to see GGG fighting also at 168 for a title, but to say that he HAS TO do it is ******. He doesn't have to run from the division because everyone else is scared of him. It's the other fighters at 160 who are scared. THEY should man up.

Look, I don't care about GGG and whether he moves up or doesn't, my opinion on him is set until he changes that. I don't really care about your opinion on it either tbh.

What I was pointing out is the fact that out of all the stuff that guy wrote.......................... all you cared about were two lines involving GGG.

You just ignored EVERYTHING and ran straight to defending GGG.

                    It was funny.
