you have no idea if spence is a step up in class but i know spence is a giant leap up in class. I never liked ortiz or broner much but i love spence because he is the best at 147 and will hand algieri his first ko loss. If i have to wait until spence is a champion with many successful title defenses before i say he is good where is the predicting skill in that? I am saying right now that spence is the best welterweight in the world and will beat any welterweight he fights. Time will prove me right or wrong.

Lamont Peterson is far from elite. Not quite a bum doe.

Seeing Spence fight reminds me of a prime Chris Eubank Sr. quite frankly. That's not a bad thing specifically except that head movement seems to be a problem for him like it was with "English". I suppose if his chin's solid it doesn't matter.

But it makes me wonder if fighting someone like Terrence Crawford at a catchweight would make for quite the spectacle - and test.

Spence can be anywhere from 10-13-ish at the moment. A convincing win over Algieri would surely get him unanimously in the top 10
