Seems more like Floyd "thinks" he could beat GGG, but we all know this isn't the case. Golovkin terrorizes him, IV shots and all.

The Pacquiao thing also bugged me, I thought he would have won that easily but he waited until Pac got decapitated to finally fight him. other than that his resume is weak....De La Hoya sounds nice but he was a 34 yr old addict and he barely beat him. Castillo had like 6 losses and 5 were by knockouts and he clearly lost to him. Lets not pretend that the fact that Floyd had just signed a 5 fight deal with HBO and his first opponent was Castillo wasn't the reason he got that gift. He can say what he wants but no way he would have ever fought Golovkin, he had a catchweight on Canelo and had an issue with Maidana wearing gloves the commission approved. Maidana for christ sake who got schooled by Devon Alexander and beat an overrated Broner. I'm glad he has his money and can retire happy but come on man. I mean if Oscar was in his prime and clean he beats Mayweather easy.
That was actually one of Floyd's easiest fights ever, Oscar couldn't even force Floyd to leave gear 2, and Floyd is six gear vehicle.
There was nothing even remotely close about that fight, that split decision was a robbery, just like the majority decision against Canelo was a robbery.
If there is one thing I blame Floyd for in that fight it was not going for the knockout, coz if he could have gotten that guy outta there by round seven max if he had been just a little more aggressive, of if he'd used gear 3 like he did later in the fight from the get go.

Your best win is over PAC. That in itself shows you haven't gone out of your way for your legacy.
Be underdog and do better than people think you can. You can't do more than that
Human ******ity is unlimited just like Albert Einstein predicted, boxingscene is proof of that.

Nobody in the history of the sport was asked to fight a guy 2 weight classes above him at the age of 40 after already winning titles at 5 different weight classes and beating more world chamos than anyone in the history of modern boxing. If anything this a testament on how great he was and how hated he still is, it's never good enough.

Equal khan fight GGG at 155. You might as well fight him because in a fantasy fight with him people have him beating you, so that is as good as a loss already.
If you fight him and lose, that's OK, you weren't supposed to beat him. And if you dont fight him people have got you as a loss on paper to him. Prove people wrong.Last edited by hugh grant; 02-25-2016, 05:50 AM.

Nobody but Floyd to blame for dithering too much. He could have fought Sergio years ago, but waited for cotto to do it so that's why people are asking he fight ggg. If he had of fought Sergio like people wanted him to do people wouldn't be asking he fight ggg. People see khan fight hello so why can't Floyd fight GGG? Khan fighting nelo when he is a ko victim in waiting, is a testament to how a fighter wants a challenge. Floyd don't want challengesLast edited by hugh grant; 02-25-2016, 06:08 AM.
