sanat cruz...i know you're joking...who has he beat besides Mares? Thurman has as far to go competition wise as GGG does

pretty good list...Fury is a little premature as is GGG...at least fury beat an ATG...GGG has ummmm....uhhh Lemieux...he has work to do

GGG doesnt belong...his resume isnt what you'd call good at an elite level....rigo, garcia and have beat better competition

Good reply! I'm not too into these types of list anyway...but my reasoning w/ Santa Cruz is that he has won his 2nd world title in 2 different wgt class & has remained undefeated (and in any wgt division...for sometime he'll remain undefeated)

As far as Thurman go I may have to bring him down a bit (depending on the other responds that I get here) I agree he has not met any top competition yet...
now GGG, true he has not beaten any true top comp yet, but the true argument is that he has beaten his competition thoroughly, I mean, after a while it adds up.
Garcia to me has better case to crack the list than Rigo, his last fight was too amateurish for me. Don't get me wrong I like him but I gotta call it as I see it.

Thanks for you input...as I acknowledge & agree...

every top fighter in history looked like the next ATG until they consistently faced good comp....there is a laundry list of those types

its all opinion....I base my pound for pound on skills and who the fighters beat and how they performed against their best opponents

Santa Cruz is a good fighter but he hasnt faced a lot of top notch guys...hard to rank him
