Vanelo, let's just admit, if he was any good, a Khan fight would be utterly rediculus.

The public doesn't actually think Sual is that good.

If your a WW looking for a big fight, you better call Sual.
Never as good as the presstry to pretend? Dude, Canelos opposition level speaks for itself..ask Trout, Lara.. you seem to have higher expectations of Canelo than u do GGG. Lets just rate em for their respective opposition and the guys theyve beaten and how highthey were rated?

Im not defending Khan either by no means lol We see where hes been fightn since Garcia...even then this is a HUGE step up in classso props on that. Hes toast though lol

It's not valid at all you really think 400k more people said I'm not buying this fight because it's in November?

Simpleton because it averaged $90 doesn't mean every ticket that was sold was $90. If it was no replay of the fight it does what HBO fights do but a lil bit better because he's more popular.

I doubt that split is correct. Oscar said he'd ask for 90-10 split with ggg. On second thought mabey it's correct. Cowardnelo wants no part of ggg.

900k is underwhelming for a high profile bout between fighters of CaneloCottos caliber..i was surprised by the#s, i expected it to do around 1.2-3mil but not below a mil..the fight marinated too long and the same is gonna happen with CaneloGGG too. CaneloKhan and GGGWade stalled that momentum. CaneloGGG on May 7th wouldve been a grandslam at the box office as both were coming off big wins...shouldve struck while the iron was hot. That fight was primed! now they risk loss of interest from the casuals. "Marinating" is a flawed concept in boxing and it kills fights. The fight almost never happen and by time they do happen its a time when theres less interest. Great model, HBO!
Bcuz Khan has been low profile the last few yrs this fight wont do 900k but the shock value of this matchup will add interest.
If you think 900K is "underwhelming", you're clearly new to the fight game.

Maybe, if they combine UK PPV Buys and US PPV Buys yeah it is possible but I doubt it. I think it will do well though

I say it does a mil. They'll probably stack the undercard.

I couldn't rate GGG's competition even if I wanted to. Maybe I could rate them as cab drivers???
